This is a day late, but I had to pack yesterday and fell asleep shortly after that so I couldn’t get around to posting until just now 
Anyways! I’m now in Yonago, which seems to be a pretty nice place so far, but I wouldn’t really know since all I’ve done is wander around to find the nearest conbini and then retreat back to my hotel 
It’s already dark here though and training was tough today so I might just explore a bit tomorrow morning if I have time.
At least I was able to visit pretty much every store I wanted to while I was in the Tokyo area (Angelic Pretty, SWIMMER, chocoholic, Paris Kids, Chiara, Tralala, Liz Lisa, Hangry and Angry, Moi-Meme-Moitie, Baby the Stars Shine Bright, ACDC, Emily Temple Cute, SBY Happy Room, etc etc). Actually the Shinjuku Angelic Pretty was having a sale and so I ended up getting a really cute wallet/pass case and ring that were each 50% off.
The ring was only about $10!

I really need to get my camera so I can take proper photos of all of the cute things I’ve bought. I really did buy quite a few things while I was in the Tokyo area 
I do have some photos of Shinjuku, Harajuku, Shibuya and a few other areas though, but they were taken on my iPhone so they aren’t the best quality unfortunately

I have officially made it to Japan!! Currently I’m staying in Iidabashi but I’ve already visited Shinjuku, Shibuya and Harajuku. Can I just take a moment to say that visiting my favorite stores in person was an amazing experience 
After 109 I felt my life was complete 
Okay, not really, but it’s just amazing to be here! I actually really really love Tokyo so far – I’ve heard that it’s dirty and crowded but to be honest I think it’s a beautiful city and it feels safer than American cities.
Unfortunately I’m only here until Thursday and then I’m flying to the more south western part of Japan, but I’m excited to start working. The kids will be adorable I’m sure! I’ll write about my trip to Shinjuku before I start down that path though~
Myself and a few other interns decided to make Shinjuku our first trip since we needed to visit Kinokuniya and pick up some books. We took the line there and stepped into a camera store for a bit to pick up a disposable camera (I left my digital at home, really disappointed about that!). Then we wandered over in the direction of Kinokuniya, but first I noticed a building with a person dressed up in a Hangry and Angry costume outside so I decided to check it out. That ended up being a very good idea because there was a Liz Lisa store inside as well as a SWIMMER/chocoholic shop.
I actually wandered into the SWIMMER store thinking it was a patisserie because they have an assortment of extremely adorable sweets outside, but was so excited when I found out it was an actual SWIMMER store 
I bought a phone charm, a picture frame and nail clippers (random, I know). I’ll have to post photos later! I actually don’t have any digital photos from that day since I didn’t even think to use my iPhone camera until the next day. To be fair we didn’t spend that much time in Shinjuku anyways since I didn’t know where anything was and I spent quite a bit of time in just that one shopping building 
I have tons of photos from Shibuya and Harajuku though so look out for those in tomorrow’s entry!

I almost forgot, I want to review a webshop I bought from recently! In addition to my usual MAC lashes, I’ve been looking for some cheaper lashes for days when I don’t feel like breaking out my #7’s. So I checked around and finally found out about Jcosme. At first I was a little scared to order from them since they don’t accept Paypal and I hadn’t really heard any reviews. But I decided to just go for it and order a bunch of the “Ethnic Beauty” style lashes. They also have “Gyaru Fashion” lashes that are cute and dramatic!

Made another MAC order recently as well since I didn’t end up visiting their counter at Nordstrom when I was visiting home. And now that I’m back and taking summer courses (including yoga! but more about that later!) I won’t get the chance for awhile. I decided to order some eyeshadows in Woodwinked and Shroom and more #7 lashes. I seriously love #7’s

Sorry for the huge gap in updates! I came down with a cold on Wednesday and have been feeling under the weather since then Yesterday was really nice outside though so I went shopping again and picked up some really cute tops from American Eagle and a skirt from Vanity

Also got a plain brown tee from TJ Maxx – I’ll probably go back and get more in different colors since they are great for layering and only about $6.00 – and some brown heels as well

Sooo I finished the commission for custom mini hats today and I think they turned out cute. It was my first time attempting to make mini hats so I’m pretty happy with the result. I couldn’t find a heart shaped mini hat for the melty chocolate themed hat though so that was a little disappointing

I don’t think I’ll be making any more mini hats though as they took so long to make 
Recently I’ve on the fence about these denim skirts from Liz Lisa. I really liked them when I first saw them, but I wasn’t sure if they were worth buying

I went shopping today and picked up some face wash and lotion from Aveeno. I had heard about their new line of redness reducing products and thought they sounded pretty good. Usually I don’t have problems with my skin but during the winter it goes crazy and gets sensitive so I hope this stuff helps

It’s taking foreverrr for the items I ordered off mBok to arrive at Celga’s warehouse. I wish they would get there already so I could ship them out to myself! I also want to buy some things from MAC soon. I love their lipglasses and really want to pick up the ‘Underage’ shade. It’s a light pink with a little bit of shimmer – sounds perfect I need to get another pair of #7 lashes as well and some mascara. I’ll probably wait until I can pick them up in person at the MAC counter while I’m back home during spring break. There’s no MAC around here so it’s either wait or order online, and their stuff takes awhile to get here when I order it online

I didn’t even realize there were so many different kinds!
I was browsing Strapya yesterday when I saw this adorable Rilakkuma iPhone case for sale, but it was sold out!
So I checked Google, eBay, mbok and even yahoo Japan for the original Rilakkuma case (it comes in Korilakkuma and a dark Rilakkuma version as well, which were way easier to track down). Finally I found it for sale on the San-x website.
I really like my current phone deco and I’ll be sad to remove it, but this Rilakkuma case was too cute to pass up. I also decided to upgrade my makeup bag to a cute Rilakkuma pouch I bought as well.
Had to use a shopping service for everything, but since I already have an order going with Celga it doesn’t make me feel as bad to use one haha I’ve found that once you get an order going it’s a lot easier to just keep adding to it, which may or may not be a bad thing.
I’ve pretty much completely switched over into spring clothing mode and have decided to start building up a spring wardrobe asap. That should give me enough time to get together spring outfits before spring actually begins here. So I bought these Liz Lisa boots on mbok last night~
I’ll most likely be basing a lot of outfits around them. Liz Lisa’s style seems to have western influence this year, which I am strangely beginning to like, so I’m sure the boots will be a staple item if I want to buy more of their clothing for spring and summer.
I’m also going to be doing a Sechuna order within the next week or so. I have a couple of friends from Korea who will likely be assisting me with the order <3 Shipping will be about $50.00, but one of my friends is going to be ordering from them too. We're hoping we can find another person to get in on the order to keep shipping down.
This onepiece is a must have! Love the fit of it and the color.
The top is also on my list. It’s so cute and simple.

This week I bought myself some tulips. Tulips are probably my favorite flower, and since I don’t have a special Valentine this year I took it upon myself.
The vase was about $2.00 and I tied the bow on myself so they were an inexpensive day brightener! I’d love to be able to have fresh flowers all the time buuut that’s not very probable.
I sent in my application to a different university today. I have a pretty good GPA so I don’t know why I wouldn’t get accepted, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed just in case! I would be pretty disappointed if I had to stay at my current university for two more years. The one I’m applying to is right in the city and I’m sure I would have a better time there. My current university is fine, and I do like the campus, but it’s way more small town than I expected and 2 hours away from anything.
